God's Abstract Self-Portrait: Me?
This verse is hard for me. God looked in the mirror while sketching me? Maybe my new year resolution won't be to change myself, but instead to see myself like God does...
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
so does that mean that God has a handle-bar mustache? because then I have fallen short of his image and feel slightly depressed about my lack of facial hair...
ReplyDeleteNow; think about how many times you have looked in the mirror since your first memory of looking in a mirror and realize that each time you were still in Gods image. His breadth includes all of us + the army against us + more than we can imagine.
ReplyDeleteSeveral holidays late but Happy New Year. Though St. Patricks and for that matter, Cinco de Mayo aren't really holidays, St Pat was a slave then a abolitionist worthy of praise. A minor Mexican holiday, it still celebrates the victory of people. Cheers!
